Description

Do you love Star Wars, Hyperspace, and Augmented Reality? Just in time for Rogue One, Project Falcon puts you in the driver's seat of the fastest ship in the galaxy! Create your own missions and make your jump into hyperspace (while avoiding the perilous grasp of the Empire). Create and share animated GIFs of the amazing (and sometimes not-so-pretty) distortion, warp, and wormhole effects of hyperspace as the app captures augmented reality gameplay.

History

I thought it would be fun to use the phone's camera and gyroscope to provide a window into space and inter-dimensional travel. After all, who doesn't want to go faster than the speed of light? I have also been working on visual effects in film for over a decade and could not resist creating hyperspace jump and wormhole effects for mobile using augmented reality.

Features

  • Capture and share animated GIF of gameplay.
  • Uses device camera and gyroscope for Augmented Reality experience.
  • Create hilarious and disturbing distorted selfie GIFs.
  • Control warp, hyperspace jump, and wormhole effects.
  • Futuristic and fluid sci-fi UI.
